We have a culture that encourages each other to improve and strive for greatness. The wellbeing of our people is our top priority, so we offer several initiatives, events and activities to develop a positive community.

We welcome and celebrate people from all walks of life. Our professional staff is 50% women, and we champion female leaders. Our equitable hiring and promotion practices support building a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the makeup of local talent pools and our customer base. 

We have rolled out a new global DE&I (diversity, equity and inclusion) curriculum, offering more than 50 online courses. To maximise accessibility, courses are available in multiple languages using subtitles and closed captions. We are proud to have graduated 250 leaders in unconscious bias training globally. And, we’ve made pay equity a regular practice to ensure we’re on par with comparable markets.

Caring for people and the planet are an essential part of our products, processes and partnerships. We strive for environmental and social responsibility and believe in giving back to our communities. We support a variety of not-for-profits and annual events, including the Smith Family's Toy and Book Appeal, Salvation Army Food or Gift Drive, and the Biggest Morning Tea by the Cancer Council.
